As part of its commitment to
environmental transparency and collaboration, Algerian Qatari Steel welcomed a
delegation from the National Agency for Climate Change on a visit linked to the
Fourth National Communication and the Second Transparency Report, in
partnership with the UNDP.
As part of its ongoing commitment
to academic engagement and support for practical training programs, Algerian
Qatari Steel welcomed students from Mohamed Seddik Ben Yahia University –
Jijel, specializing in Hydrogeology (Master 2), for an educational visit to its
industrial site in Bellara.
On the occasion of National Tree
Day, October 25, Algerian Qatari Steel (AQS) took part in a large-scale
tree-planting campaign in the Boukhadache area – Municipality of El Milia,
planting over 1,000 trees with the participation of local authorities, security
agencies, and civil associations.
