Algerian Qatari Steel Contributes to Providing Meals for Palestinian Children at Beni Belaid Mujahideen Holiday Center
As part of the solidarity initiatives reflecting Algeria’s support for the Palestinian people, and in continuation of efforts aimed at providing appropriate care and suitable conditions for Palestinian children, patients, and those injured as a result of the Israeli aggression, Algerian Qatari Steel (AQS) contributed to providing meals and the necessary supplies for Palestinian nationals staying at the Beni Belaid Mujahideen Holiday Center in Jijel Province.
The company’s contribution was part of the program established to welcome the Palestinian guests, in accordance with the guidelines aimed at ensuring the best possible conditions of accommodation, reception, and care. In this context, AQS provided the necessary food supplies and contributed to ensuring the provision of meals throughout their stay at the center, reflecting the humanitarian and solidarity dimension of the initiative.
On July 23, 2026, the Beni Belaid Mujahideen Holiday Center welcomed Palestinian nationals arriving from the Hammam El Biban Mujahideen Holiday Center in Bordj Bou Arreridj Province. Their stay continued until July 26, 2026, in an atmosphere marked by brotherhood, warm hospitality, and a spirit of welcome.
The stay provided Palestinian children with an opportunity to enjoy moments of rest and recreation as part of a solidarity program reflecting the deep fraternal ties between the Algerian and Palestinian peoples and embodying Algeria’s continued support for its Palestinian brothers and sisters under all circumstances.
On the final day of the program, and in coordination with the Directorate of Culture of Jijel Province, an activity was organized for the Palestinian children, during which symbolic gifts were distributed to them in a warm family atmosphere that reflected the spirit of solidarity and affection that characterized their stay at the center.
As a gesture expressing the depth of the fraternal bonds between the two peoples, the Palestinian delegation honored the employees and staff of the Beni Belaid Mujahideen Holiday Center by presenting them with the Algerian-Palestinian Brotherhood Shield, in recognition of the warm welcome and care extended to the Palestinian guests throughout their stay.
The Palestinian delegation left the center on the evening of July 26, amid mixed feelings of joy and happiness over the moments of rest and recreation they had experienced, along with a sense of attachment to Algeria and hopes of renewing such a visit in the future.
The contribution of Algerian Qatari Steel to this program is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility approach and its commitment to supporting humanitarian and solidarity initiatives, particularly those that embody the values of brotherhood and mutual support and reflect the solidarity of Algerian institutions with their Palestinian brothers and sisters.
