Pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 18-07, as amended and supplemented, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and in compliance with the deliberation issued by the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data concerning the processing and publication of photographs and audio-visual recordings of natural persons through digital platforms and social media, Algerian Qatari Steel Company (AQS) hereby informs all employees, visitors, contractors, and participants in activities and events organized within its premises of the following:
As part of its activities, the Company may take photographs or make audio-visual recordings during meetings, site visits, events, ceremonies, training sessions, exhibitions, and other professional or corporate activities.

- The Company's official social media accounts.
- The Company's publications, printed materials, and corporate media.
- Corporate presentations, promotional, and institutional materials.
Data Retention Period
The Company retains photographs and audio-visual recordings for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, or as required by the applicable laws and regulations.
Processing Safeguards
The Company undertakes to process photographs and audio-visual recordings in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and transparency. Appropriate organizational and technical measures are implemented to protect personal data and to ensure that the legal rights and safeguards afforded to data subjects are fully respected, in compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations.

Your entry into areas where photography or audio-visual recording is taking place, or your participation in activities and events organized by the Company, constitutes acknowledgment of this notice. Whenever the nature of an activity so requires, the Company will inform the persons concerned in advance and will process photographs and recordings solely for the purposes stated herein.
