Tree Planting Campaign at the Algerian Qatari Steel Company
In celebration of World Environment Day, and under the
global slogan “Now for the Climate,” the Algerian Qatari Steel Company
organized a tree planting campaign within its premises, with the participation
of its employees.
This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing commitment
to environmental protection and the promotion of sustainable practices, through
expanding green spaces and contributing to the improvement of the ecological
environment of the industrial complex, in line with the internal motto for this
occasion: “A Greener Industry for Tomorrow.”
The campaign also served as an opportunity to strengthen
environmental awareness among employees and encourage a spirit of collective
responsibility toward preserving the environment, reaffirming that industrial
development and environmental protection are complementary paths toward a more
sustainable future.
